
Remember every time you eat white BREAD Or Sugar you are STRIPPING nutrients out of your tissues because it takes vitamins & some minerals to convert sugar into energy & if the food doesn’t supply it.
You are just STRIPPING your body of your nutrient RESERVES & that impact then is in turn more readily turning sugar to go in fat storage turning on FAT storage hormone causing more problems.
