Rice with Peppers and Onions

  • 2 cups of uncooked rice
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is lightly browned.
  7. Serve warm.
