  • 5 ripe Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons chia seed (as a replacement for 2 eggs)
  • 2 tablespoon Hone and 1 tablespoon Molasses (adjustable according to your test)
  • 1 cup Soya Milk or any Vegetable Milk or Water
  • 1 teaspoon vanila essence
  • ½ cup of olive oil or any oil of your Choice
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


  • Soak the chia seed in 1/2 cup of your measured milk and wait for 20 to 30minutes to form a gel that will act as a binder instead of eggs.
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degrees
  • Mix your sugar and eggs, oil mix and lastly mashed bananas.
  • In a separate bowl mix all your dry ingredients then fold in your wet ingredients,
  • mix well just make sure you don’t overmix.
  • Bake at 180 for 20 to 25 minutes
