Ingredients
- 2 cups of uncooked rice
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
