Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
Method
- Preheat oven to 220C.
- Place potato wedges on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wedges and season with salt and herbs.
- Toss the wedges until they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven when golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
