Carrot and Celery Slaw with Onion

  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 celery stalks, grated
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt 🧂🧂🧂

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots and celery.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion and mix together.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw and mix together to combine.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
